Furnished Apartments

Apartments are offered in Montreal only.
Each apartment has a private bathroom, basic kitchen utensils, and a clean set of bed sheets/linens.

All utilities including gas and electricity are included, as is limited internet for emailing and communications (note that excess data charges may be applied for music and video downloading).

Apartments are located in different locals, and fees will vary depending on particular location, apartment size, time and duration of rental, etc.
We recommend you make your apartment booking well in advance of your arrival to guarantee the best option according to your needs.

Note: As per Canadian regulations, a 50% security deposit is required along with your first session rental fee, refundable less cleaning charges at the end of your stay.
